Good News, Bad News

Okay, good news, bad news time!

The good news is that I have just been confirmed (well actually a week ago but I have yet gotten my supervisor to finalise the details) for my summer vacation research experience program which, as implied by its name, runs throughout summer. This means an additional $300 bucks weekly into my pocket for 6 weeks (although he did say he was going to try to bump it up to 8 but we'll see).

The bad news is that he intends for me to start as early as next week, and between this and my current part-time job, I would be working the full five weekdays and I am not sure how drained I will be by the end of the week to muster up enough brain power and attention to write up a post (less likely posts). So, I do apoligize for the mix up as I have sort of been implying I will be updating consistently over the break [I did not foresee that the research required me to go into university 3 days a week].

I'm not sure how this all will work out, but I will find out in the coming week and I hope it goes down smoothly as I really don't want to lose my head again.

So long from me tonight, I hope to be able to get something (or a few) up on these last few days of 'freedom', starting tomorrow. Oh, the procrastination begins...
